when we mix truth/good and lie/evil relating to our perception, our perception is then corrupted ... our perception is what covers us and this covering our identity ...

the two seeds which speak to division can first be seen or begins with let there be light, which God called good and therefor darkness becoming evil by default ... Cain and Abel speak to this division in Adam, his two sons as in two perceptions of his soul ...
7 days...6000 + 1000 years...light separates the darkness...light is all color and darkness is the absence of color, it absorbs all color...

God called the light “day,” and the darkness he called “night.” And there was evening (erev), and there was morning (boker)...the first day (yom).
