Hiatus Hernia

I'm about to blow a gasket thinking about the next 5 months. Didn't we just wait 5 months for Season 3 to start? I haven't been completely satisfied with it, but I'm not ready for it to be over so quickly.

All I know is, nothing against Taye Diggs, but I won't be watching Groundhog Day: LA over the winter.

I'm not ready to lose Lost yet!!!

The gap is five months? I thought it started again in January (or was that Feb?)? Lessee...still a couple episodes to go this time around, so thats the end of November, all of December, and part or all of January. I make it at ...eight weeks, maybe?

Well, I'll have other things to be getting into anyhow.

I thought it was March, and I was counting backwards from May sweeps so I could have miscalculated.

/me does the math again

...and yeah, I did miscalculate. I only counted for an 18 show season, not a 22 show one. So closer to three months total. I'm more discombobulated about only having 6 shows air after waiting so long for Season 3 to start.

I can watch the episodes again on Sky One which will keep me happy for 6 weeks. I dont know what I will do the six weeks after that!

Thinker, tomorrow night is the "fall finale" - not going into December.

The season starts again February 7. So that's 3 months. And yeah, it sucks. And no, I won't be watching Day Break either. I keep thinking if it tanks badly enough, they might bring Lost back early to fill the gap.

How can you tell if you've become a little too obsessed with the Lost Experience?

You click randomly all over every Web site you visit, or slide the cursor around looking for hidden links.
You read way too much fine print looking for slight changes in typography.
You click 'view source code' on every Web site looking for clues.
Your significant other is ready to trash the computer.
You have WAY too many "Lost" bookmarks.

Daktari! I remember that show - vaguely.

Hey, you can always watch Survivor! After all, everyone who DOESN'T watch Lost thinks that's just what the show is all about!

Or how about The Prisoner? That show is so odd, and they aren't allowed to go anywhere either...hey, maybe I'm on to something!

Yeah, except on Survivor the guys actually grow beards and the girls have pit hair. On Survivor Cook Islands, even the Asian guys had more beard than Jack or Sawyer.

Well, Sawyer and Jack HAVE been able to shave and so have the ladies.

You know, I brought up The Prisoner, but I haven't seen all the episodes yet, so, I'm missing something, I think. But I DO know what the White Balloon is.

Well I did watch `Groundhog Day'...errr...excuse me `Daybreak'. Three and a half bloody repeats of the same day in the two hour opener!

I did catch the first `Lost' sequence, though. Desmond and Charlie having a confrontation.
