  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

i need prayer to get things in my life right with God i fell like a disapoinment to God , i can't seem to forgive myself even tho Jesus has already forgave me. I want to fall deeper in love with him i want more of him i am so hungry for him , I want him to purefy me and i want to fell his arms around me also pray that i can show my parenst Jesus love they aren't christians and it is really heard for me and my sister . also pray that i could be a wintess to people around me , and that i could grow in my walk with Christ also pray that i could be purefied by Christ mind heart and soul thanks . my heart is really heavy right now . and satan is really on me . so thanks for you prayers .. Nothing is too hard for Jesus, whatever you ask He will answer. It really is so beautiful you want more and more to be closer to Jesus. He delights in you and your desires and longings will be fulfilled, for He placed those wonderful desires in your heart. You have no need to feel you've let Him down - you're forgiven, totally, completely. Ask Him to help you to forgive yourself - such a burden you don't have to carry any longer. You're his precious, precious child and He loves you. Your parents will not fail to see Jesus in you. Your hungry heart will be satisfied and you will drink from living waters - He will lead you beside green pastures and your cup will overflow. You're so blessed - just beleive it my dear sister and receive it in your heart. Jesus is near to you and has heard your hearts cry.Much peace & strength.

Hi sweetie, you hang in there! I know what you are going through! I can only remember 1 X that my parents ever took me to church! They were not christians and still are not christians! I had a ruff life growing up, been through one divorce and am in in one now that my husband is not a christian! I have been a christian now for 1 year, as amatter of an fact Feb 20 was one year! God has a paln for me, just as he has for you! And that Plan maybe for you to plant his seeds at your parents feet, and through you he will bring you parents to know him! For in each of us , God has aplan, just letting go of our own life and letting God have control, is all it takes to having a happy life. Many blessings are waiting for you!
