  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I have confidence that you will be able to find solutions to the occult-rooted problems that you face here among the many knowledgeable members of this community. Like you, I also ventured down the path of what I assumed would be a kind of unrestrained spiritual power (Wicca, ceremonial magic, sorcery, etc.), and I paid a steep price for my activity. If it weren't for the intercession of one remarkably compassionate yet powerful Christian, who knows what might have become of me down the line? It is my belief that there are many other Christians of that same variety to be found on these boards, so, as I said, I am confident that you've come to the right place for deliverance from your struggle.

I have only recently come into knowledge of Christ's presence in my life, and I am uncertain as to how I might help you through this situation; but if you feel the need to talk to someone who has gone through what you find yourself battling now, please don't hesitate to PM me.

It is great to have you join. A King James Version Bible is important. Talk to Jesus in prayer and ask for guidance when you read it. I hope that you are able to get to know Jesus better and the miracles that he is able to bring to anyone. Bless you and I hope you can find the answers you are searching for.

Dear Friend in Christ,
I'm glad that you have found your way to our site--- and I pray that this place might be a blessing in your life. My name is Tati (short for Tatiana) and I've been a long-time member at CF. God has provided many blessings to me through this site-- I had the opportunity for a few years to help out as a Staff member and help spread the Gospel message, I met a good friend at this site who introduced me to my fiance, and the wisdom of the Brothers and Sisters here has helped me strengthen my own walk with Christ.

Please make sure to review the rules of CF and to double check to see if there are any rules to a particular forum before you start posting in different areas. Also realize this: there are many different types of Christians at CF-- many of us will have a different viewpoint or interpretation, a different way of worshiping Christ, and while nobody should insult you here, realize that because of this being an online ministry some messages don't come out the right way. My experience has been that 95% of the members here are good apples, but some might rub you the wrong way. (I thought as a long-time member that newbies should know about this)

If you do come across an issue with a post (where that post breaks a rule), hit the report button and a Staff member will look into it. We have a dedicated bunch of Staffers here, but since it is a volunteer position it may take some time before it gets handled. They're a very sweet bunch, so you may want to head over to their chat forum and say hi --> Chat with Staff

Besides that, if you have any questions about using CF, we have a dedicated ministry group called the CF Welcome Angels. We're fully human (
