• Starting today August 7th, 2024, in order to post in the Married Couples, Courting Couples, or Singles forums, you will not be allowed to post if you have your Marital status designated as private. Announcements will be made in the respective forums as well but please note that if yours is currently listed as Private, you will need to submit a ticket in the Support Area to have yours changed.

  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Have any of the creationists here done the following?

David and Isaiah mentioning the universe expanding, Job mentioning electronic communication, those sorts of things.

The Defender's Study Bible has two pages of science mentioned in the Bible.

Really? Just who, exactly, are these "intelligent and educated people" you refer to? Just a little to vague.

And what was the last non-creo ToE book you read?
I'm sure you mean too vague.

You couldn't pick us out in a crowd, there are too many of us. You wouldn't recognize our names, nor is it important.

I am in Artificial Intelligence (computers) math is much more interesting than science. I've got my plate full without bothering with something as inexact as science.

Yeah, sorry AV, don't follow links.
And I get tired of repeating myself over and over --- [pun intended].

Some of these posts of mine take time to author and, in view of the fact that I actually say very little here*, it would be tedious to keep typing them.

* If you were to read all of my posts, you would rather quickly see that I actually say very little; and even then, with a few exceptions, it's basic textbook Theology.

Wow --- way to shift the fulcrum.

LOL.

I didn't shift anything. YOU brought up the Necronomicon as if it had anything in common with evolution.

You crack me up AV. Keep the entertainment coming...

Way to dodge the question. So, I'll ask it again for him. What non-creationist evolution textbooks have you read?

The other questions are no and the last one I don't even know who Kent whoever is nor do I care. It has taken books and books and books and opinions and opinions and arguments and counter arguments for you to get to evolution?...Wow

I got one book on earth's and man's origin and it has the whole truth.

Ever heard of "one can work hard, or one can work smart?"

How's come Gaara got what I was saying [I think], and you didn't?

I haven't read the Necronomicon, yet I believe it is evil.

I haven't read about evolution, yet I believe it is wrong.
