Amen to that.BlueJ said:I thinke its mess up that some chistians say they believe that ghost are demons then go on ahead to watch movies that desplay ghost as the dead.
I personly stop watching them becouse Im sick of the history channal talking about haunted houses and stories allmost every day. I think It's all a setup. Like Talitha said It's a distraction. It's a distriction from the truth.
Matthew 27 : 50 - 53dannation said:A big answer to that question is gonna be what the Bible says ghosts are not. I think its pretty clear that when we die we are judged - end of.

50 Jesus, when he had cried again with a loud voice, yielded up the ghost. 51 And, behold, the veil of the temple was rent in twain from the top to the bottom; and the earth did quake, and the rocks rent; 52 And the graves were opened; and many bodies of the saints which slept arose, 53 And came out of the graves after his resurrection, and went into the holy city, and appeared unto many.
--- My question is, where do these people fit in?
the peoples from the graves... were they ghosts? or what?BlueJ said:Thanks for the message PureSolace.
I dont understand your question. Fit in what?
I did once, last July. I dreamed was in the tomb of the late Pope John Paul II, and his ghost was present, thanking all those, which apparently did not include me, for coming to worship him.Donatello said:I don't know where else to post about this. I'd just like to know out of interest who else might have seen a ghost before. I personally have when I was about 13 years old, here is what happened:
Like many other school boys I used to try everything to not do my homework in the evenings. When I didn't do my homework, I would often lay in bed worrying about it and then have difficulty sleeping. Sometimes I worried so much that I just got up and then started doing my homework in the early hours of the morning. That night was exactly such a night, I had real trouble sleeping. At some point, I can't remember how late it was, I decided to get up and do it. As I sat up in bed I noticed something on the little round table on the opposite side of the room at the foot end of my bed. I thought I saw the head of a boy on top of the little table, but my mind kept telling me that I'm seeing the two white porcelain doves on top of the table. My heart started pounding in my chest and I kept staring at the image in front of me, the longer I looked at it the more it looked like what I thought I was seeing. I was in total shock and couldn't utter a word even though I wanted to shout at the top of my lungs. I don't know why, but I decided to get up and take a closer look, I slowly walked closer, still in absolute shock and horror. As I walked closer I could clearly see the head, it was the head of a boy around my own age, with red curly hair, I could also partially see through the head, so it wasn't like looking at a solid object. I don't know what came over me, but I uttered the word "hello" and slowly started moving towards the door. As I started moving sideways, the head turned towards me. I instantly freaked out completely and jumped to the door, switching the light on and ran to my parents. Before I left the room I glanced back and couldn't see the head anymore. My mom believed me but my dad told me that I had a nightmare. I really had trouble sleeping for a long time after that.
Has anything like this happened to anyone before? I never saw anything like that again.
BlueJ said:Petrarch, you serious. Did you know much about the pope befor he died? Its weied to have a dream about someone you dont know much about. Maby that was a vision of who he really was and how he really felt who knows right.
