  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

Grace At Work

Trust in God takes time in each life. We each grow at a different pace, but the Holy Spirit is patient and is constantly working with us. When we pray, it is the Holy Spirit that calls us. Distractions are not a problem that many people make of them. Some days prayer is easy, other days are more difficult, and then there are times when we can’t seem to pray. It does not matter; the desire to pray, even if we can’t, is grace keeping us on track. We each have to learn to navigate our inner lives. There are many obstacles, detours, and turnarounds, yet we are called back, we return and continue. Such is grace at work. Learn to trust God, always.- Br.MD
