Goodbye for now, it's been a slice of Heaven

I've been house sitting for various people all summer long so I've been able to play on their computers and find this amazing web-site and meet some of the incredible people that worship and learn and play here. Tonight is likely my last night here, so I wanted to say a few things to you all.

I have to tell you all that it has been very helpful for me to be able to come here. I have received some good Christian advice which I have actually applied to my life and seen improvements from. Thank you all for this.

I also thank you for your prayers. I don't know how many of you have been at it, but I feel the love.

I thank you for your insights, of which there have been many. It's so incredibly exciting to be a part of this!

I thank you for your stories and your testimonies; beautiful reminders that Christ can go anywhere and find anyone at any time.

I thank you for reaching out to me and making me, a sinner, feel welcome.

I thank you for sharing the love of Jesus with me.

I hope to purchase a computer this fall, when I do, I"ll be back. Until then, thank you my brothers and sisters for doing what you're doing. Shine, people, shine and make them wonder what it is that's making you so happy.

I"d like to ask you all for a final prayer-

I ask you all to pray for me to become closer and closer to Jesus, to be fearless in the proclamation of his glory, to be loving and kind, and non-judgemental, to continue to seek God's wisdom, to see the face of Jesus in all I meet and for me to be a light in this dark place and have the Spirit strong in me so I can help guide the lost to the Saviour.


I would like to say a prayer for all of you also.

Dearest Father,
I thank you for the opportunities you have given me here at this forum. I thank you for the wisdom I have received here and for the love and prayers. Father I would like to ask you to keep your hand on the hearts of every single soul here, particularly those who still do not believe in you, your Son and the Holy Spirit. I ask that the people here be as much like Jesus Christ as possible, that they show others what walking with Jesus is all about. I ask that you give them strength, patience, kindness and the spirit of wisdom in helping others see how Christ has changed their lives and made it worth living. I ask that you bless these people Lord, that you help guide them to their dreams, and that you show them their greatest gifts in glorifying you. I thank you Lord, for giving me the gift of so many brothers and sisters! I pray this in the Holy Name of Our Lord Jesus Christ.
