Goodbye All

Hello and Goodbye,

Due to the climate this forum has taken. I am taking my leave from here as of now. I will be at the Conservative Christian forum under this same name though not as much as I have been here.

It is due not to any of you specifically but to the way things have been handled here over the past week. I can not condone this "new" spirit that Erwin has unleashed and this has become a different place over the past month. I hope that I will see many of you come over to visit, but I can't do it anymore.

See y'all on the other side.

i hope you come back and things start to work a little more smoothly and Christ-like here...

the conservative christian part is someplace i have not felt welcome or comfortable, so i will just be awaiting your return here

I'm glad to see there are some who will stay and fight.

But I understand the reasoning of leaving as well. I am tempted to leave this foum too, but I don't have another one to go to at this point in time. What to do, what do do.

I'm currently traveling between 2 forums; this and CCF.

In my many years of internet usage, I have found there is no such thing as a perfect forum or message board. There will always be trolls, spammers, haters, blunt speakers, peace makers, kissy huggy type of people, etc... There are all kinds and we see them on all boards regardless of religion.

Scott, I'll cya around on the other boards! Just don't disappear from them all completely though. Or I'll hunt you down!

Oddly enough, I know just what you mean.

I posted an introduction there...read some of the responses and haven't been back since. Just doesn't feel right to me for some reason.

I know what you mean. There is not a perfect forum or message board, some fit better than others and it can take a while to find one. Brand new message boards take a while to build.

I know that on several boards I am on (not all Christian ones), I am getting really tired of whining.

Each one of us need to pray about which place we feel God can use us the best. The answer will not be the same for each one of us.

I tried to check it out, but I can't read anything unless I register. That's kind of dumb. How would anyone know whether or not it's something they would want to be a part of if they can't even see it first?
