God's presence

By faith. There are many things that we do not see but know exist, and the Bible tells us that by faith we know that the things we see are made by the unseen. So we practice faith all the time, but in what? We should trust in God whom we see everywhere in the life around us. God speaks to us with life and through the Bible. By living, you will be part of the story and language of life. We get to choose some parts of that story by the way we live and by the action we take on the measure of faith God gives each of us - whether to invest it in Him or to waste it on evil and unbelief. When you get older and look back on your life, you will see the fruit of your life and what you did with the strength and life God gave you. If you are like most of us that reach that age, you may want to have a different thing to offer God instead of the failures of life. He has given us the cross and the pleasing sacrifice of Jesus as judgment for our sins if we will have faith in His promise. Build your faith in God and His Son while you are young so that in the day you are needful it will not fail you and He will be your strength and righteousness instead o your own works on earth.

2 Corinthians 5:7 For we walk by faith, not by sight.

1 Peter 1:7-9 So that the proof of your faith, being more precious than gold which is perishable, even though tested by fire, may be found to result in praise and glory and honor at the revelation of Jesus Christ; and though you have not seen Him, you love Him, and though you do not see Him now, but believe in Him, you greatly rejoice with joy inexpressible and full of glory, obtaining as the outcome of your faith the salvation of your souls.

Hebrews 11:1 What is faith? It is the confident assurance that what we hope for is going to happen. It is the evidence of things we cannot yet see.
2 God gave his approval to people in days of old because of their faith.
3 By faith we understand that the entire universe was formed at God’s command, that what we now see did not come from anything that can be seen.

If you have been born again, then Jesus lives in side of YOU. ( Now) Thats how you know. He is with you now, you do not need to look for him. You or I may die tommorow, so It never does any one any good to set our hearts on a day that can be 1 day away or 200 years away. But if never hurts to hope...We all want to see the day that he Comes back in the clouds and the whole world see it. ( Not Die) But until that day I will live with the Holy Spirit which helps me in this life. For the Spirit is Love , Joy, Happiness, and most of all Peace of mind.

I see God in how He changes people's lives when they come to Him, my life included. I just about did a complete 180 when I became Christian and I know it wasn't my doing! It is so awe inspiring to see people transformsed through Christ

1. Where God guides, God provides.... A person may see God in their life when they know they have a calling to a particular mission or job, and God keeps opening doors for His work that might seem impossible by human actions...

2. If God brings you to it, He will bring you through it... A person may see God in their life when they know that God's grace is sufficient for every need, and that every need, God will supply.

Believing is a huge part of it...but seeing God is like seeing the air. You see the effects of it. You believe that there is air to breathe because you can feel it filling your lungs and you take each breath and don't die from it. You see the trees' leaves blowing in the wind...the dust being kicked up and blown across the desert. In the same way, you don't actually see God but what he does, the effects of him. You see love, truth, justice. You see people helping the homeless. you see a marriage that hasn't fallen apart and is thriving. You see a nation moved to Christ. That is how you see god.

I know God's presence because i see Him work not only in my life but in the lives of others. I "feel" Him every waking moment of each day - the strength He gives me and comfort - i can truly say God is FAITHFUL in all His ways. In my 30+ years of trying to serve Him He has NEVER failed me. Trials- yes, hardships-yes, questions-yes but He has been there every step of the way. BTW, my life hasn't been a bed of roses by any means nor does it to this day. I have struggles and "thorns in the flesh" but i have faith that just as God has been with me in the past He will continue to in the future. Christ is the same yesterday, today and forever (Hebrews 13:8) I know of circumstances in my life that were not "coincidences" but planned by God - some were so miraculous only His power could bring about - saved from certain death/serious injury on two occasions (that i know of) !

Get to know His Word and, much more importantly, DO WHAT IT SAYS Faith combined with obedience to His Word brings experience of God's working in your life.

As to why Jesus hasn't returned yet, the Apostle Peter says

2 Peter 3:15 And account that the longsuffering of our Lord is salvation;

2 Peter 3:9 The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.

In His great love, He awaits for more to come to salvation - may He see the travail of His soul and be satisfied !!!

the closer you draw to God through prayer, devotion, worship, and the more your passion drives you to seek his face and cry out to him with recklos abandon, (now im not talking about daily 5min prayers, i mean when you fall on your face with tears because your desperate for more of him and you seek him till he comes) the more of him youll find and know. the more youll see yourself changed.

like when you know God personally, you can literally FEEL the diffrence.
you know when your where you need to be and when your not. becuase you know the Lord.

but the thing is, you know God and have faith IN THE SPIRIT.
its like a magical realisation and feeling you have through knowing the holyspirit. knowing God is not a tangible skill, its heavonly and special, a gift from Gods spirit alone.
no-one can TEACH you skills and teckniques for seeing God.
it cant be learned, and it is no process.
you cant possible say "HERE IS HOW YOU SEE AND REALISE GOD".
becuase those kind of statements are toward your intellect and learning.
but it has to come through real experience, and touching God with your outstretched hands and desperately pursue him in prayer, worship and devotion to his word.
it takes times some times, but those who are vigilant will pursue.
ask the holyspirit to open the eyes of your understanding.

honestly seek him, and hell come.

I saw God in my life when I converted to Christianity.
