God speaking

I have said on here before that I think God has spoken to me in dreams. I just woke up from one I don't understand.

I have to start by saying that just before going to bed I had gotten into a mild disagreement with another poster on another thread/forum. So, that was on my mind as I fell asleep. So, as the dream begins, I am thinking about this disagreement, and suddenly, I put some sort of weird plastic apparatus up to my face, and it applies pressure to my eyes, and suddenly, a room flares into view...as if I were suddenly seeing again. I remember pulling at this thing I put on my face, and saying "There's no way!", and that's when I woke up.



Now, first, I think I woke up because I was saying "there's no way!" aloud in my sleep, not just i the dream.

2. that phrase, "there's no way!", I believe was me (in disbelief) that I was seeing again.

Needlesss to say, this dream was so vivid, and so fast, that it shook me. Not sure I can get back to slep now.

Hey "B".........thats heavy ............. wow....... i have been in dreams....color dreams and black and white dreams..... and have been in the dream and spoken what i was int the dream as i sat up out here in the world in my bed and heard myself as my eyes were opening as i spoke or screamed or whispered ect.... I can relate to you ..... in that aspect.........but i always get that feeling when you are on a rollercoaster going down when i open my eyes.......i always wonder what that is......... be in peace...

Yeah, I'm still shaking. Definitely not sure what to make of that dream.

Yeah, this dream was so vivid, it really shook me. I'm a lot calmer now, but man, when I first woke up from it.

Plastic apparatus would speak of a transparent mask, one easily seen through. So though some people may think they well masking their attitude, true character, that really they wear their heart on their sleeve for all to see, not even realizing they displaying bad character. Especially in a heated discussion with their pride flaring up in defence, trying to save face, they would only be thinking in the moment, off the cuff, and not recognize how foolishly they actually coming across to others. Pride clouds one's spiritual vision and breeds contention. "There's no way!" could be leftover from that disagreement, your spirit saying "There's no way that what they were spouting was right!", which may be true, though tiz also their perogative to have a differing opinion. You can be right, even though others may not think so. Plus stubbornness will prevent them from agreeing with you, even if they know you are right and they aren't. A proverb says it best...stop a quarrel before it starts...and another Bible verse...bad company corrupts good habits!
