To all in this Forum including myself:
Psalm 139 has some verses in it that reminds us that no matter where we are and what we are doing God the Father is always there. His presence in even the "bad" situations are not to judge us but to help us find our way out. Look at these verses:
Psalm 139:1 He knows all about us inside and out including what has happened to us in our lives both the good and the evil. "O LORD, You have searched me, and known me."
Psalm 139:5 "You have always been behind me and in front of me, and You have laid Your Hand on me."
It is kindof like God has surround us with His being and not only that but the Almight God loves us so much that He touches us with His Hand. He wants us to know that He really is with us in love. Can you feel His Hand?
Psalm 139:9,10 "If I take the wings of the morning and live in the uttemost parts of the sea, Even there Your Hand will lead me, and Your Right Hand will hold me."
Wow! We can fly off in a morning thermal rising higher and higher or dive ever so deep into the ocean. However, God's hand will lead us and His Right Hand (symbol of power) will hold us.
God wants to lead us out of our difficulties with the Hand that is touching our body (verse 5) and also lead us with great power out of the depths of the sea. I would think the symbolism of the sea might represent the darkness and coldness of a great depression. The light cannot penetrait very far into the ocean's waters.
God is there. Do not forget that in our weakest moments that God has His Hand on us, want to lead us, and desires to hold us with the power of His Right Hand. Is that true love or what?
Take refreshment in these verses my friends
