  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

Hi everyone, a recommendation- if you are looking at colleges and are a Christian you may want to check out Georgia Tech! It is a secular college but apparently the dean and administration are strong believers in Christ and they have done a very good job at keeping the enemy out of the school. I have heard that the atmosphere on campus is much better than other secular colleges and there is a higher percentage of Christians at the school. Academically the school is top-notch, STELLAR. They are turning out fantastic engineers and the facilities are highly impressive, if you go for engineering you will get to play with robots and all kinds of technology, Georgia Tech is also doing some very groundbreaking research and you can be a part of that if you go. With Georgia Tech on your resume you will have a shot at getting in at NASA or JPL. Also the tuition there is lower than most schools they compete with. I am looking at colleges for grad school and I may go to Georgia Tech!
