Louis, do you doubt the power of forensic sciences to reconstruct a murder victim from bones found in the woods? When the police find a few human bones in a ditch they can tell you that person's age, race, gender and can even identify several pathologies. Nobody ever questions that. Skeletons can tell us a lot about the individual. IT is true that for most extinct species all we have to go on is the skeleton - but there is a lot of information in those old bones.

(ah, but where did the information come from)

"What makes you think that anatomy only has to do with the study of internal organs?"

I never said that, I just asked a question no one has yet to answer.

"Louis, do you doubt the power of forensic sciences to reconstruct a murder victim from bones found in the woods? "

nope, but when you add a few "million" years in I think it would be pretty impossible for them to do.

"There was quite a bit of excitement over a clear heart found in a dinosaur fossil."

How bizarre.  You ask for transitional fossils, and links are given detailing literally dozens of them.  Then you complain that there really aren't any, or that the way of determining a transitional is by just saying what one looks like.  Yeah right.  How many transitionals would satisfy you?  Let's see, there's ones between other apes and humans, whales and land animals, reptiles and mammals, fish and amphibians, birds and reptiles...  At what point are you just relying on your own ignorance to carry you through?

Creationists used to decry the lack of transitional fossils for whales.  Until they were found.  Ponder that.
