Smokin!!My first computer was a custom built PC from a local store and it had these guts:
P166MHZ
48MB RAM
2GB HDD
floppy
48x CD Rom
Jaton 58P 2MB video card
sound card
33.6 modem
Win 95
17in CRT monitor
Atari 400 with the same no save option. I later got a tape drive and then a 5.25 inch hard drive.Commodore 64. No floppy or tape drive at first so if you programmed it you had to leave it on till you where ready to wipe it.
Wow! This bring back memories. Atari BASIC was my first programming language. Poke and Peek, Sound, Goto, and GoSub bring back memories of keying in programs from magazines.
Neat. What color is it?The first computer I had in my room is as old as me. I was nine when my parents replaced the one they gave me with a new one. They got it when it came out after I was born the same year and I used it till I got a new one last year.
It is a original iMac running Mac OS X 10.3.9
The processor is a 233MHz PowerPC G3
It has 384MB RAM (came with 32MB)
128GB Hard drive (Came with 4GB)
ATI Rage IIc graphics processor with 2MB of SGRAM memory
15inch CRT 1024x768 display
It still turns on but it is VERY slow compared to my new computer.
I bet Apple still has a warehouse full of those nasty green ones.If it's one of the original ones, it's Bondi Blue. Those were freaking awesome!

She's a very clever lady.Haha!
My wife came with a green iMac. It's sitting in our office. She calls it, "Blimey the LiMac."

I had one of those for like two days once. My friend gave me one (Tangerine!) that was on his shelf collecting dust and within a couple days I gave it to a guy who had no computer at all.
I miss that sound...It is the original Bondi Blue iMac with the tray loading drive ^^
It has a small crack by one of the speakers but my father says it works just like it did when he bought it! It is a little bit faster though I think because he upgraded HD RAM and Video over the years. I love the sound Macintosh makes when you power them on. It sounds like a big BONG sound but some people say it sounds different to them.
I wish there was a way to disable that sound. Sometimes, like if you have a roommate, you want to power on quietly. It is funny though because even my new Macintosh from last year makes that sound when I power it on O.O
