I don't think you will find a final count. WA states 8th District is still contested. The Republican has a slight lead and the Democatic canidate has said even if he wins she wants a recount and will not settle this for a month or more. So don't know if any other seats in the US are contested like this but I know the 8th district in WA is a contested seat currently. (As of the last time I checked haven't checked for a few days though).
