Favorite RPG?

Most of my favorites are involved some way with the Final Fantasy series. FFVII had a great story, materia, great characters (and one of the coolest villains in any game), and so many side things to do. I plan on getting Advent Children when it's released - probably in April, I think. FFIX was also great story-wise, with some awesome characters, such as Vivi, who it was hard not to feel sorry for. Another favorite is Kingdom Hearts, which did a really good job of mixing Disney characters and locales with Final Fantasy characters (I've already reserved KH2).

Oh, and speaking of Sephiroth in KH: Has anyone here beat him? I haven't had hardly a chance when I've faced him.

There's many others I haven't mentioned also.

I would have to say either one of the FFs, or Morrowind. I do however know that in march it will be "The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion" Me wants!

Sorry, I didn't know exactly what a spoiler was until now.

What's the other way to complete the main quest? And what's the first way? I've never beaten the game because I haven't had the time. If you can't tell me here just PM me.

Oh, how could I forget! From now on, I classify Deus Ex as enough RPG to be included. (I will find a way to get that game on literaly every list I post in)

Deus Ex by far. Runners up are Xenogears, Baldur's Gate 2, Knights of the Old Republic, Planescape Torment, and maybe Valkyrie Profile. My favorite RPG of 2005 would be Radiata Stories.

You.... you actually LIKED Quest 64?? I mean, The Nintendo 64 had Paper Mario on it, a fantastic RPG. You honestly liked Quest 64, one of the most hated RPGs of all time, more than Paper Mario, one of the most adored RPGs of all time?? You're crazy, lol

Yes, I hated Paper Mario and Zelda 64. I honestly hate Nintendo games.

I love the oldschool 16-bit RPG's; games like Chrono Trigger, EarthBound and Final Fantasy 3/6. Not much fancy-schmanciness, but that only made them have to create more through the text and story.

I personally love The Legend of Zelda series, Baldur's Gate Series, but my favorite RPG would have to be...*dramatic pause* Vampire: The Masquerade - Redemption. Awesome storyline and characters.

Now that I've seen Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic, I'm starting to like it. I'm thinking about getting it some time. Or at least renting it for the Xbox... or borrowing it from my brothers friend if he's not playing it.

Ah yes, Fable. I've heard so much about it...for some reason I think I remember hearing that you can't get it for PS2....hmm, could just be me though.
