I like running and inline skating.

I've been sidelined for the last 3 days with a heel spur so now that my foot's better I'm looking forward to running tonight.

For cardio I bicycle and do bellydancing.

For toning, yoga, N. Y. City Ballet workout and Wharton stretching alternating them.

I also do weight training three times a week.

About the Dad excuse: There comes a time when you have to decide if you're willing to live with regrets to quell someone elses fears...or have the courage to live your own life.

If you get the nerve to try it, start with a long board. Seriously...it's almost impossible to fall off of one once you hit the white water. You're a good swimmer....so it should be a piece of cake for you.

Just do it Sunbeam. Living with regrets is waste of time.

Well, my dad is more important to me. I don't want to worry him. We have a close relationship. There's enough other things to do. I don't have to do everything I feel like doing.

I love ballet exercices and callanetics. I know they're not fashionable anymore, and I think they've been partly revived in pilates, but they're still the only exercices that have me actually see results within ten days.

Elliptical for cardio, full body weight routine for tone and strength.
Chest press and flys, quad-ham lifts. arm curls...etc
I'd love to rollerblade but I am dangerous to myself and others
