Based upon how often I turn to them, I would say Isaiah in the OT and the Gospel of John in the NT (but I think picking a favorite Book or Epistle is as hard to do as picking a favorite verse, as there are at least a dozen more Books/Epistles that I could easily choose as my very "favorite" ).

It certainly speaks (at least in a small way) to how wondrous a Book the entire Bible really is.

Whats your favorite book in the Bible? mine is Psalms.
John and Romans, reading those two books tells you almost everything you need to know to accept Jesus as your savior.

Galatians it contains gems like:

Gal 5:13-14 My friends, you were chosen to be free. So don't use your freedom as an excuse to do anything you want. Use it as an opportunity to serve each other with love. All that the Law says can be summed up in the command to love others as much as you love yourself.

I can't pick just one!

Psalms, for sure. Such beauty to be found there! The full spectrum of human emotions; fear, joy, sorrow, despair, hope, justice. All kinds of spiritual insights and so many comforting promises.

James is a definite favorite. Blunt, practical, in-your-face, no excuses type stuff! He just cuts to the chase and lays it out there and doesn't hold back or mince words. I *love* it.
