Fable, anyone?

I played relatively slowly the first time through, took me a day or two, but I still play that old character.
I got quite a many hours out of it before even starting to exploit stuff like the dig glitch (the one that allows you to get through fences, not the one that creates new peoples).
I still play that character and run around just having fun with it

ya in fable i think they would have been better not to add the homosexual part cause the first time i saw a heart above a guy i got upset with it and had to take care it.

My brother accidentally did that to a guy and a heart appeared over his head. So he sneered at him and did all of the bad expressions to him and I think the heart disappeared. But that's retarded. Homo/Bisexual stuff, I can't stand it. NASTY!!!!

yea....when that first happend to me, I punched the guy...it's weird though, I'm all the way good, but I can steal stuff, break into places, and stuff like that, and I won't become any more evil.

That's one of the couple things that I didn't like about Fable. 1, it's too short. 2, once you're famous enough (in the original version), girls will ask you to marry them the moment you talk to them. 3, I was all the way good, and proceeded to slaughter everyone in oak vale. I was still all the way good and people still loved me. It made no sense. The game has a huge amount of potential. But it's just wasted because there is so little to it.

exactly...once I beat the game, I could go anywhere and the females would pretty much instantly love me...and it's not that...how should I say this...enjoyable...seeing an old guy running around...all wrinkley and whatnot

it all depends on how long you want to take...also, if you wait past the credits, then you can continue playing and stuff...but yes, my best character is like....76 or something

Each time you level up an ability, it ages you like .8 years or something. Also, magic ages you small amounts as well, I believe. I have one game where I'm maxed out in everything possible (except for the couple magics that require you to be evil to master) and my character is ridiculously old.

but if you're evil or good, you can pay to the temple (the good one) and you can decrease your age, but you don't have to pay as much if you are evil

I don't really know why I'm asking these questions, knowing that I can't play Fable anymore. I guess I'm just still interested in it.

it's the temple of good....I forget the name...(the one that's not the temple of skorm), but it's not the more you pay the younger you get, it's you pay a certain amount, and you decrease in age a certain amount

You get a "super weapon" and a age reduction in both temples.

In Skorm, the "super weapon" requires you being as good as possible (as in, wear the "goodest" clothes and such, my buddy was an evil character but put on the "Light" user clothes and got fairly good) and then sacrificing a "good" mercenary at midnight. This is key. Midnight is when the plane of the clock is completely horizontal and immediately after the mercenary takes his hourly pay. Then sacrifice him to the people in Skorm. If you want, you can also bring a couple more of the "good" NPCs - the girls from the training facility, and do all 3 sacrifices one after another. You will then get: the Bow of Skorm, the title of Necromancer and 5-10 (randomly) years off your life.

Then at Avo, take a quest that will bring you near the temple. Go and donate 32k gold (I think that was the exact number, look it up on the net if it doesn't work) and you will get this big ol' mace - Paladius I think the name is. Then donate another 32k to get the title of Paladin. Then donate another 32k gold to get another 5-10 years off your age. Then you can hero save, quit, load it up and then you should have you money back, but the age shaved off.
