So not only do those people you linked seemingly not exist but you also refuse to link to any of their published work?

All evolution has done is to promote understanding of why the world is as it is with regards to its beasties. People who take that information and use it for their own ends (that's not actually possible either, evolution has no real practical applications) is nothing to do with what we're discussing, not to mention what you just typed was utterly absurd anway. Did you actually invoke Godwins law to bash evolution? How is National Socialism in anyway influenced by the knowledge that we didn't just *pop* into existence?

The list is from a creationist website, and their stance is YEC. The people in that list are certianly all against the theory of evolution. Perhaps a minority are Old Earth Creationists however.

There are more then 10,000 YEC scientists (PhD level) in America alone, according to Answers in Genesis. I would say this figure is increasing, since more scientists are embracing ID and leaving Darwinism after seeing it's obvious errors.

Their creationist articles i mostly own in physical copy (magazine articles and leaflets). Theres no way i'm going to type out all of their printed work, that would take weeks or months to do.

You can simply search on the net, for the names i provided. Most are well known ID/YEC scientists.

Could you simply reference them? Most well-known magazines and such will have websites and archives. Unless I am to assume that most of the books are actually novels with no sources and the leaflets are just mindless spouting of one's own belief without supporting evidence?

Do ANY of them do scientific research into evolutionary biology, at all? Do any of them have published scientific papers with evidence contrary to evolution?

Ah, so not in actual peer-review literature then.

I had suspected as much.

Having a phD or BSc in a science and not believing in evolution isn't really a solid basis for denying evolution. If they were scientists active in the field of evolutionary biology with hard data maybe, then mayb. However, surprisingly there is none.

Darwinism was concocted on political grounds. Research the Birmingham Lunar Society, a society of atheistic materialists including Darwin's family.

It was them who first came up with the theory of evolution, political and atheistic motivation.

Charles Lyell, was also politically motivated. His famous quote: ''to free the science from Moses'', shows the theory of evolution was only invented by those with an anti-biblical intent.

It's also no surprise that every evolutionist on this forum is political. I see 'Cabal' is a Liberal (Liberals in UK are anti-Christian, and fight for better rights for Homosexuals, and try to legalise cannabis).

You are a paranoid, it would seem. Science is not actively trying to disprove God or create an anti-god world. It's simply seeking to understand the world. There may have been political connotations back them but science is far far different as...you know, we're hundreds of years in the future from such times?

Evolution was not 'invented' it was discovered and then matured as a scientific principle. There's no defining piece of proof for it but like most theories proposed by proper, peer reviewed literature it's got a huge amount of evidence supporting it.

All you have are conspiracy theories about how evolution is a tool to destroy society. Come back when you want to discuss evolution instead of crackpot ideas of how naughty liberals are going to smother us to death in our sleep with a copy of the Origin of Species.

Why are we talking about politics on the science forum? I don't see the relevance. Why should we care what Darwin thought about race relations or whatever?

Somewhat irrelevant, seeing as it was Charles Darwin's theory, which he formulated when he was a Christian.

Or to separate science (rightfully) from religion, seeing as science does not address religion?

I'm also struggling to think of how Moses and science were intertwined pre-Lyell.

The theory of evolution was only devised for political reasons (it's modern believers only believe in it for political reasons, not because of the scientific evidence).

It was all political based. By the way, Marx wrote to Darwin numerous times, and even dedicated his work Das Kapital to Darwin. You can find his name in the preface to the book.
