Don't know how many here have heard of him, but Dr Lee Roberson has passed into glory this weekend. Dr Lee Roberson was one of the great leaders of the Independent Baptist movement. He truly was one of the giants of Fundamental Baptists, and for that matter, all Baptists. He was an incredibly humble servant of God. You can find some of his sermons online doing a search for him. He was definitely used of God greatly in his life. Even up through his final years, he was speaking at conferences.

I attended Tennessee Temple University from 1982 through 1986. My major was in the field of Missions. Unfortunately, I did not graduate from TTU. However, this thread is about one of the greatest Independent Fundamental Baptist preachers and Christians whom this world has EVER seen!
I have many memories of hearing Dr. Lee Roberson preach. Always did the Holy Spirit bless his servant's message and sermons. IBF churches across the world have a debt of gratitude to Dr Lee Roberson. God has called home to the glories of Heaven a true giant among preachers and leaders from the IBF churches.
