I am looking for safe plants to put in a outdoor cat encloser. Planning to make it pretty large in height and width too.
I have discoved that alot of toxic plant appear on both the safe and toxic list, and alot of the safe plants appear on the toxic list.
I was looking at this brand name of a banana plant called Cool Bananas, grows in cool climites in victoria, australia-its takes 2yrs for plants to produce banana . I believe it a relative new variety and it comes in different flavor and size-Dwaf and Standard. I liked the wide leaves as it would make a lovely shade item in the cat house.
I don't know if the foilage & fruit is toxic if the cats eat it.
This is my 1st time with an outdoor cat encloser
Does anyone know if the bananas are safe for cats and the foilage too?
I plan to have alot of artifical stimulation as well as natural stimulation to make it interesting for the cats and fun.
