Demonic Spirits

Praise God! What you and your husband experienced was an exhibition of the Lord's love showing you that your husband was and still may be under demonic bondage. I say this because of several reasons: 1) the breathing difficulty your husband experience after he began thanking the Lord. 2) Through my experience in deliverance, it is very rare that you will find a single demon in someone. Demons operates in groups what is called a "cluster". For example: Someone who has the spirit of Addiction, may also have the spirit of Drugs, the spirit of Alcohol, the spirit of Witchcraft, or any spirits related to bondage. The spirit of Witchcraft is a mind control spirt - (I'm not talking here about Wicca) The orginal greekword used to describe witchcraft in the Bible is "pharmakeia". The rootword that is used today for Pharmaceuticals or Pharmacy. As we know, many drugs today are mind control substances. I have prayed for many who have struggle with pornograhy desiring to be set free, and yet besides the spirit of Pornograhy, the spirit of Lust, the spirit of Sexual Perverision, and the Spirit of touching yourself has also manifested. You can see how these spirits are closely related. Many times when someone is going through deliverance, another voice may come up. Another voice in a different language may also manifest. Growling or screaming may also take place, as you experience. Facial or bodily destortion, eyes rolling back to only the whites are showing may also take place. These are all manifestions I have encountered over the years. These are tactics that Satan will use to scare you....Satan knows whether or not you believe in the authority that has already been given to you. The Deliverance Ministry is a ministry where the Bible comes to life. In the Gospels, when Jesus casted out the demons they also shrieked and screamed. As far as your husband not remembering? That is not unusal. Many I have prayed over cannot recall either. This maybe occurs because of the strength of the stronghold. No one knows for sure. Most of the time, people are aware of what is taking place and aware that someone else is speaking or growling through them.
I know it very uncanny, and very hard to digest! That is why the Deliverance Ministry is so controversial. One thing for sure, you cannot deny what you experience. This is how I entered into this ministry. Demons would start to manifest after I started to pray over them. I had a choice to deny these experiences or accept them and be obedient to my calling. I've now have been in this ministry for quite a few years, and minister deliverance on a weekly basis. It has been such a wonderful experience seeing the liberating power of our Lord. I remind many who I'm in contact with, to not be scared of the demonic manifestations, but instead be in awe of the power and the love of our Lord desiring to set the captives free!

May I suggest and strongly reccommend, that your husband seeks a reputable deliverance minister to continue what the Lord has revealed. Deliverance can take place in one session, but most of the time, it takes several to get them all out.

Also, as a note: It's no coincidence the Lord has allowed you to experience this phenomena. Are you a prayer warrior or someone who now has a passion to know more about this ministry? Maybe, just maybe....the Lord is calling you to this ministry...

PRAISE GOD!!!! Do not let this confuse you and be prepared sometimes there is a attack of Satan to return. Fill your minds with God's truth and His Word. Check out the prarble in Matthew 24. Not to scare you but to remind you and encourage you to fill the empty room with God!!!! It is an amazing thing when God's Holy spirit works thru you in such a dramatic way! What you describe is not a type of story I have been invovled in personally, but I have heard similiar things and do not doubt what you experienced is real and that your husband does not remember does not surprise me. Do not become confused. You have experienced a miracle!!! It is time to praise God!!1 Not all will believe your tale, but you do know the truth deep down!!! You experienced a miracle!!! I agree with minister 100%, you have been allowed to be a part of this for a reason, do not think it strange , God has pulled you into a direct warfare zone , and he is calling you accordingly, into something , whether it be intercession, deliverance , etc. pray and ask God about it , if you dont already feel drawn to a certain area of ministry. Above all Praise God for your husbands decision to be restored to the spiritual head of the house , pray with him at night , study together also in addition to quiet time alone with God that you might already enjoy, blessings to you, sparrow.

I also agree with minister that you should speak with an experienced deliverance minister on makin sure all are gone as they do indeed come in clusters , or groupings, according to the characteristic of the particular sin. Not many people who are new in Christ are led into the spiritual realm so quickly that i have found so it seems there is to be an annointing on your life and possibly your husbands for the glory of God . again, pray about it .

My Husband has been a Christain since March 7 2001. He fell and started using drugs in late 2003. This put a tremendous wedge between us and weakened my faith. We have seperated and I am very involed in another Church. My husband came to my home and we Prayed about the situation and desicions we are trying to make with the guideance of God. As we were praying last night I felt a need to start praying directly for my husbands bondage with these demonic Spirits that had him in their grasp. I sprayed the only way I knew how and then the holy Spirit came upon me and I knew the blood of Jesus and veil of protection was upon my husband. I am very confused about the whole thing. I have seen spirits driven out in Church services before but, I have never been the one God was using. As I was praying for the relase of those demonic spirits on my husband, he began to growl deep dwon in the bottom of his abdomen and this came out in the most horrrible sounds I have ever heard. I have never heard these sounds even in a horror movie. My husband fell to the floor praying and thanking God, almost immeadiatly after he started thanking God, he started to have a very servere attack with his breathing. I was still praying the whole time and rebuking the demonic spirits from his body. This was about and hour and a half into our prayer. I got a bag and had him to breath into it to slow his breathing. My husband has absolutly no recelection of what happened to him and does not really know if I am telling him the truth or not. This experience has really confused both of us and we don't know how to explain it to any one else. I am a believer and I still don't know what happened. I just know my husband said there was a change in him and he felt a comfort and peace that hadn't been there before. Is there any one else whom has had an experience like this before. Pease let me know.

Your husband was obviously possessed by demons. What that means is that although he was/is a believer, he was not and is still not saved. he needs to accept Jesus as his Lord and Savior. He needs to be "Born Again". After that happens, the demons can not re-enter his body. Please have him say and believe this prayer: Lord Jesus, I need You in my life. I believe that you are the Son of God and that You died on the Cross for my sins. I confess that I have sinned and ask forgiveness for my sins. Please give me a clean, new heart and renew my spirit so that I can hear Your voice. I denounce Satan and all of his works. I accept You as my Savior! You are my Lord! Please write my name in The Lambs Book of Life. I pray this in The Name of Jesus, To The Father, Amen! And Amen!
