  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Ok, Ruth's still loaded w/ reps to swap --

Ruth, sometimes when people run out you just need to leave a post that you're able to swap reps & wait till more people have reps & come in looking to trade.

(kinda like want ads) lol

Yep Ruth - that's how this thread goes sometimes - people dont' always have reps to trade or have any reps... or have anyone that makes a compatible trade for their rep level.

So that's why we just leave a post in that we have reps to trade and when people have some, they know to come here & see who's wanting to trade.
Kinda of like leaving a note on a bulletin board that you're available for swapping for awhile.

I loved doing this it was fun, and the name is great cause I love Deal or No Deal.
It just takes me a few minutes longer to give them out. It seems like the whole forum is lagging today
