Found this file while running a Ccleaner and Recuva on my PC (vista). It looks like an application.
I went to advanced on Recuva and saw that it actually appears to store browsing history.
I did a Google search and the consensus appears to confirm this. So I deleted the content and metadata files.
Any one else found any other places where browsing logs are masquerading as applications?
