fill ee O kway (the "O" is a long vowel sound, as in over, and it is the syllable that receives the stress)

this is the correct way...particularly as it is kway and not "k" or "ok" the "fill" is pronounced more like "fi(ee)ll" instead of a straight "fill". think of the "i" sound in spanish...for lack of a better description.
