  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I guess I am coming down with a cold or the flu or something. It is 3:30am here and my 3 kids will be up in about 4 hours.

Please pray they sleep in for a change or that I am able to get some sleep and feel like it was more

I have just tried a hot bath and now chicken noodle soup!! I am hoping and praying something will clear my nose and ease the aches. I can't take to much cold medicine because it knocks me out, which would be nice, but then I would be out of it in the morning!

Lord I pray relief for this dear mom. Let her get some rest and be able to care for the children. May they be xtra good today and take care of mom. Lord watch over this family and keep them safe. In the name of Jesus I pray. amen
