Coldplay - X & Y

My two favourite songs off this album are Swallowed in the Sea, and the hidden track Kingdom Come. I love hidden tracks, and this one is a gem! Don't particullary understand the lyrics too well, but I love the two songs nontheless!

After having listened to Rush of Blood and this new CD I have to say that I like Rush better, but both albums are good! This is starting out to be a great week because I have finally discovered Coldplay! What a sweet band! I like the two CDs so much that I have to listen to some other stuff so I won't get tired of Coldplay. I'm eager to get Parachutes and, and the concert CD/DVD.

Well, you couldn't have picked a better B-Day present to yourself. You're in for a treat!

You should've pre-ordered it straight from iTunes, though. I did, and it came with a video interview, two extra songs, a digital copy of the CD booklet, and, apparently some music videos that I haven't gotten around to watching yet...

Well I just got my ipod a few days ago, so I wouldnt have been able to order it

I just picked this up...I've only listened to it through one time...it was good...but I know this is a cd that is gonna grow on me...faves now are Fix You, Swallowed In The Sea, and Speed Of Sound.

ahhh this cd is soooo good, like chips with curry sauce....nibble nibble

y'all know fix you is one of the best! speed of sound too, ahh the first five altogether..mmmm....chips and curry sauce

i think the only songs on this cd that i'm not crazy about are Low, and Twisted Logic.

and even those songs are good, i just haven't totally fallen in love with them. But i'm sure i will, when i get more familiar with them.

i love speed of sound, but i dont really like their album
i've listened to it twice, maybe thats why

but some of the lyrics are disappointing such as when you hear variations of: youll never know if you never try in three songs and the clicheness

ive got a confession to make !

i only got round to buying it yesterday :shame:

the reason being...the record shop isnt open on my way to work and its closed when i finish, plus i dont really have time during my lunch hour, sorry

but on first hearing yesterday i like it alot !

Huh.... Low is actually my favorite track on the album probably (that, or Talk). I agree about Twisted Logic, though -- easily the weakest track on here.
