  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

Yeah, I was picked to write the motto for my graduating class... Unfortunately, my fellow students have read some of my poetry and wanted me to write it. It is a lot of pressure because it must be turned in tomorrow morning (I recieved word of writing the motto this afternoon). Time was of the essence and well, it took a while to come up with something. But I did it, I came up with a little poem for the class of 2005. I can only hope now that they'll accept it.

Here it is:

Class of 2005

The worry of yesterday ends at last
And finally we can take a breath;
Our years of youth have come to pass
But something greater inside us is left.
We look around and feel our tears;
We look ahead and see our trials.
But inside we know there is nothing to fear;
Inside, the future is worth our smiles.
We accomplished so much to get this far,
Finally we reached our long-awaited goal;
And now is the time to embrace the heart
For all that we need is inside our souls.
