  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Life is very hard a lot of the time...makes one feel very "alone". That is a big part of suffering in my view....that "alone" feeling.

Although, the recognition that this was so, it did not happen 'all at once'

My life has swung around into the POSITIVE and 'today'

I am now left to say, how wonderfully blessed I have become
I mean.... What did I DO ? to deserve all that I perceive as a undeserved reward ?

I am inclined to believe, that my letting-go [up there in that shed ?]
is that, which awoke in me...such confidence

My 'mood' is the same every day .... wOOt!!!!
I no-longer await my limitations to signal STOP! at something I wish to do
instead, I put 'it' aside, until I can, again

Hi gang....I got to attend a church yesterday...this one may be a place I can go to for a while...I have to drive out of my town, but it is not far. They are "Reformed"....Dutch Reformed....I have been looking for something like this since I found "theology" while I have been sick at home for 5 or 6 years. Anyway, it is nice to be out amongst the brethren for a bit.

I took this pic last week in the evening...just a small row of drying corn in my neighbor's yard. Had to reach over the chain link fence to get the shot, but I love the glow of the setting sun coming thru the plants.

I have applied 3 freetextures from Lenabem...free from Flickr.

Dave nearly all the filters came from CS5...I converted a color shot to B&W...the free texture I applied to the top is very faint...from KimKlassen...just one texture. She gives away one free texture a week.
