Ok, i'm the drummer for just a youth worship team... And I was curious on if anybody had any input on wether or not we should record a worship CD for the kids.

i guess if you have the resources, time, effort and money then go for it! I don't really know much about the technicalities of it i.e. copywriting, recording etc. but sounds like a good idea!

You must check out the copyright issues with the publishers of the songs you intend to use. Your church's permit will cover you for use within your church but not if you plan to sell them or pass them on to others.

You could also benfit from the talents of any artist in your fellowship to make a snazzy label and case insert.

Otherwise, sounds like a great idea! Go for it!

sounds like a great idea. Your gonna have to practice those songs alot. Im hearing that from Christian artists.
