My husband is what I would call a cautious Christian - he believes but isn't spirit filled. He has been watching me work on my relationship with God and wants a book. Well, it started with me trying to be a Godly wife (not be the boss!) and working on my flaws, being the kind of woman God wants me to be. Now he says he is confused on what HIS role is in the home. Is there a book for men on their roles as husband/father? I know it's in the Bible but I wanted something easier to read with biblical ideals and passages. "Help me, I'm married" was a PERFECT starting point for me as a woman - a book like that for men would be so perfect!
THANKS!

Yes, I'd recommend that book all the way. (And I'm only up to chapter 2.)

Here is another couple good ones that don't necessarily apply to Men's stuff but are still good reads:

"A Case for Christ" & "A Case for Faith" by Lee Strobel

Concerning what it means to love God and perhaps be "spirit-filled", I would perhaps recommend: Loving God by Chuck Colson. I would also highly recommend The Purpose Driven Life. Excellent book, a real eye opener to complacency.
