  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Moving on to a different subject, I got a livejournal, and ttreg does too. Wohoo! We're so much cooler than everybody. (Except maybe Ocean 'cause she eats people raw.)

O.M.gosh I haven't slept in more than 20 hours and I skipped school because I spent all night and most of the morning reading a book!

This is so like me... I need help. I do read far too many books. I'm obsessed and it'll be the death of me.

BUT THE BOOK WAS AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!11111111 I WANNA READ IT AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!111 (But can't at the moment, 'cause, alas, I still have more than 10 books on my to-read pile, most already started, a few slightly more or less half-way thorugh... so I'll leave the rereading for later.)

Darn it, I really can't sleep. I just want to get my hands on the sequel. Books really will be the death of me- maybe I need to... um... forgot what it was I needed to do. Stupid sleep! Why must I need it!? My vision's getting blurry and I'm hungry too.
