But he didn't I think He just started of as a bad guy but sorta evolves into a not good or bad guy.

I mean there's Rin... Her staying alive alone proves he's not all bad.

I can't remember his name, but the burned-to-a-crisp samurai of RUNONI KENSHIN. Not only does his hate here on earth drive his body into spontaneous combustion, but once in Hell he starts plotting to take over!

Makoto Shishio. Yeah, he was a cool bad guy.

I really like Saito, Aoshi, and Soujiro. Although they are all opponents of Kenshin at some point, they can't be clearly classified as "Bad Guys."
