I agree and wonder this myself. If someone was truly charismatic they would not constantly start threads and post items that serve only to detract from this move of God, question and cast doubt on the work of the Spirit, and slander his ministers. It is wholly unedifying and serves no purpose but to engender strife. Really i am not that big of a supporter but i have had friends that went to his crusades and they have been healed. So to say that this man is not of God i don't believe is correct but who know's? You may have problems with his teachings or the way that he does things but why should we disccuss these things amongst ourselves. Instead of posting this hear why not let us go directly to the source and ask God if he is real or fake. He may be foolish with his money and what not but what about Solomon or Abraham? Weren't these men extremely rich and so where many other people from the Bible. I don't have any of the answer the only thing i know is that God is God and i am not and that i don't like to see one sided discussions. I am not hear to debate i am just hear to bring the otherside of the story that is all and my insights as Lee requested.

As far as BH is concerned... The reason I have a hard time believing or supporting his 'ministry' stems from this thought- if he has the ability to call upon healing of God whenever he chooses, why is he not doing so in the hospitals.... healing sick that really need it, cancer patients, people that are stuck in the hospital and can't visit his crusades? Perhaps, it is because he wouldn't be paid for doing so...

I have found that I can ask God to do something, and if it is in his will, he will do so. I also don't make a habit of tithing in order to become prosperous financially....

The Windows of Heaven... you know the promise...if you know that you are entitled to this promise after meeting all requirements, the act of reminding God of His promise is a step and exercise of faith.
