Be Strong Like Job
I cry to you, O God, but you dont answer me. I stand before you, and you dont bother to look (Job 30:20). Job suffered immensely for what seemed no good reason. He sought Gods deliverance but God seemingly chose not to reply. However, Job somehow continued not to lose total hope, amidst immense suffering. Later on, in Gods perfect timing, God removed the trial and blessed Job greatly (Job 42:12-16) for the struggles Job went through.
God blesses the people who patiently endure testing. Afterwards they will receive the crown of life that God has promised to those who love Him (James 1:12). If we remain strong, in spite of hardships by relying upon promises like 1 Corinthians 10:13, we will also received blessings in Gods perfect timing. What we suffer now is nothing compared to the glory he will give us later (Romans 8:18).
Overcoming troubles build endurance, making us strong in character and ready for anything (James 1:2-4). As God molds us so we can through Him complete our giant-sized purpose, we must always have to proper framework of thinking when we face fear and the lies of Satan. We must realize that the Messiah, who may seem asleep when we need Him the most, will always in His perfect timing, save us from the stormy waves of life, just like He did for the disciples in Mark 4:3-41. He is still our perfect Deliverer, even when reason and situations tell us otherwise.
In spite of trials, God still wants to bless us like He did to Job. We just need to realize it when we dont see the light.
