I am a third child -my elder siblings are both A's. Never bothered me. A friend however has got a sibling with the same initial and says it's a pain in the neck because of mail. Particularly for males (her dad and his brother have the same initial). She has gone to great length to ensure her 4 boys don't have the same initial.
