Hi. I have Asperger's Syndrome. Just thought I'd introduce myself. I'm getting my PhD in Sociology (already have a Master's in it) and from what others tell me, academia is a highly unlikely place for an Aspie to be, but so far so good.
Also, my symptoms of whatever it was were so cattywompous when I was a teenager that I was diagnosed with "childhood schizophrenia" at age 13... I didn't shake that one until my early twenties, and it went back to plain ol' AS, though the Lord healed me at age 16 and I was out of the woods then.
If you want to ask me anything, go for it.
