what has been the biggest help to you in your walk with the Lord?

I am praying for you to overcome that pesky little habit I smoked for nearly 26 years, but it has been nearly 1 year since my last one.. You can beat it I know you can...God bless

Hi Budding Thorn,
FAS stands for Fetal alcohol syndrome,when we adopted our son at birth we knew his birth mother drank but we didn't know to what extent. We feel be have been very blessed because Ry can function quite normally but does have some challenges, he truely is a blessing.
If you lived closer I would be delighted to treat you to a spa day.

Thanks for the explanation. I've heard of that syndrome. But, I have no idea what problems it causes. (don't feel you have to explain to me though. ) I'm sure your son is equally blessed to have you as his parents.

I think my biggest help in my walk with the Lord has been my best friend cindy. She is such a spiritual person and we can sit and talk for hours about God, our problems and pray together.
After spending time with her I feel much closer to God and very uplifted.

I am sooo proud of you thats its been a year since you've smoked.
Thanks for your prayers....I know I can beat it too...soon!

Hi John, actually I did forget....a while back I got a nasty coment from someone here... being the sensitive person I am, I thought it would be best if I left for awhile.

Hi MMX11, I sing to myself every day,in the shower... while I'm driving....I do get a few strange looks from the other drivers but what the heck singing makes me feel great!
