Are you ringing in the New Year with anyone?

Yep, I am! With a bunch of people actually, I'm not sure who to bring yet; but, I'll probably bring along a few girls that'll be looking for some entertainment that evening

ETA: my new year's resolution this upcoming year is to follow my workout regiment for the next 4-5 months, adding at least 10lbs to my workout schedule every two weeks.

I'm not ringing in the new year with a guy, but I have three options currently. My sister and my cousin invited me to go somewhere with them (separately) to celebrate, but neither of them know what they will be doing. And my aunt is throwing a little family party (cousins and aunts invited), which I doubt I'll want to stick around for. This place isn't that big and it gets chaotic when too many family members get together. I'll probably end up going somewhere with my sister.

Nothing!

My uni friends will not be back home yet. My best friend who doesn't like partying won't want to do anything and I have lost touch with most of my old friends!. Maybe I should do something like helping the homeless? I have actually looked for that kind of thing but can't find anything anywhere!

I would love to ring in the New Year at church, but I really don't want to be driving around with my little guy on that night. Maybe in the future. It's crazy because I never really make a big deal out of New Years (known as amateur night). The only thing I've liked about it is that clubs are open later (like, normal time for bigger cities), but even so mmeh.

Nope. My town is not a pretty scene on New Years. People get too smashed and do stupid things, and there's been a rise in violence.

I am going out tonight with some friends though, put down a few, still have fun and avoid the New Year craziness the following evening. Better chance of catching a cab too, tonight.

I'm not really the kind of guy to go clubbing or partying or whatever, and as all my friends seem to want to go to clubs, including some event called ex-pron star, I'm probably just going to chill on the couch with my dad watching some lame comedian or something. Don't see what all the fuss is about anyway, just another day either way. Not like everything is suddenly going to change because it just happens to be 2011 but ok.
