  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Okay, you got me. ^-^

It's an original name I came up with long ago when joining my first forum community over a decade ago, to kind of sound like a superhero or something, i guess.

But "Sarah" does not refer to anyone IRL, just that the name in Hebrew means something like 'Princess". And "Princess" is kind of the term I use to refer to my future wife, whom I pray will be a good woman. Noble and beautiful and all.

But Princess's Knight just doesn't really roll off the tongue well, you know?


But in the RPGMaker 1 game that a friend and I created over the last ten years, I did create a character named Sarah Winters as a heroine in the story who I thought would be an ideal Princess-wife if she were somehow real. (And no, my image of the perfect wife is not one of those video game heroines like Lara Croft or someone else with a physiologically impossible bra size. )
