Hi there!
Would anybody be so kind as to post the following prases in Arabic:

Holy God, Holy Mighty, Holy Immortal, Have mercy on us

and

Glory to The Father and to The Son and to The Holy Spirit, both now and ever and unto ages of ages. Amen

It would have to be transliterated, cause I can't read Arabic script.

On occasion we use a little Arabic in our Liturgy, so I'd like to learn these phrases.

The Antiochians have a service book in English and Arabic (some Spanish and Russian too). It is published for camp use and is quite inexpensive.

This has the transliterated Arabic along with the printed music for Holy God. And the music is quite decent.

It has the Divine Liturgy, Matins and Vespers.

I couldn't find a transliteration from an Orthodox page, but did find this one from a Melkite page. I'm sure it is probably correct Orthodox usage as the English Trisagion prayer they provided is the same one we use in English:

Quddouson Allah! Quddouson ul-qawee! Quddouson ulladhee la yamout! Irhamna

I'm not sure what "Irhamna" mean or how it fits in, but that's what was on the page.

It is correct but for the last sentence.

It should read: Quddouson ylladhee! This means "Holy Immortal".

The last sentence is Lah ya mutohr rahmnah, that means "Have mercy on us". As a sidenote, the r in rahmnah should be pronounced as in the French word "Rhône".

Moses, I'll try to find out the transliteration for the other sentence. Hope this helps.

btw..i'm a jodanian orthodox ..our liturgy is in arabic so i'm ready for any question like this
