Any Phil Hendrie fans out there? {no radio forum}

There is no radio forum in entertainment. Does no one find radio entertaining any more? I do.

I am hooked on Phil Hendrie. He is a laugh riot! Also, I have to say I know of no one else who does what he does and gets away with it.

No, he's not a shock jock and I don't want to reveal his schtick here. It is very entertaining. ...but then I liked the Jerky Boys and Wolfman Jack.

Just the other day he was talking to two "regulars" at the same time. It was seemless. I guess I'm sort of awed (perhaps overawed) by his technique.

When I was about 10 or 12 in the late 60's, there was an L.A. radio statio which, at night boosted its signal so I could pick it up in the SF Bay Area. That was how I got exposed to Wolfman Jack. I got snookered by WJ because he too had outrageous callers after some time I caught on which just elevated the fun of it.
