Oh dear - back to school, I think. No we are not, we are using undersea cables & antenna pylons that are located around the world.
Nope. There are 12149 satellites orbiting the earth as we speak. No we are not, we are using undersea cables & antenna pylons that are located around the world.

Hey look. A round earth.
Scaling....
But people who think the earth is flat do not understand these things. It just goes over their heads. Then you are using the satellites that are in a geosynchronous orbit in space around a round earth.

Satellite dishes point upwards. The angle depends on the latitude (how far away from the equator). If the transmitters were on even very high pylons, dishes would need to point approximately horizontal, like (UHF) TV antennas do.
Remember that satellite dishes reflect the signal to a receiver that is pointing into the middle of the dish. Often this is offset slightly down which means that the incoming signal is also offset slightly up from the direction the dish is facing. A bit like a mirror.
sigh.
That’s fine. I’m still going to post the truth. Call it planting seeds. But people who think the earth is flat do not understand these things. It just goes over their heads.
Besides, there are various explanations put forward by flat earthers to describe how such technology might work on a flat earth. YouTube of course. And a disregard to geometry and physics.
sigh.
That's this. (from 2013)
And was only up for about 13 hours.BRRISON: A Planetary Science Balloon Mission - NASA
It doesn’t always take a spaceship to do planetary science. Sometimes you just need a balloon, gondola and some high tech cameras. This fall, NASAwww.nasa.gov

I only said that they are above us.
Nah. Not going to the museum anytime soon.Just make sure they are not planted on moon rocks
lol Funniest thing I ever saw. This is the actual sequence.
Don't confuse her with facts.sigh.

What sort of museum do you go to that displays only petrified wood?I's just as well as you'd only find petrified wood

Even if it was, that certainly doesn't mean that all the pieces of moon rock are in reality petrified wood. There were 2,200 samples of moon rock brought back from the various missions. Here in the UK, there is a sample in the Natural History Museum, and another in the waiting area at 10 Downing Street. As far as I am aware, nobody has ever claimed that they, or the other 2,000-plus samples, are petrified wood.It is fact that the moon rock that was given to the prime minister of the Netherlands by Buzz Aldrin was pertrified wood.
It was initially displayed at the Rijksmuseum in Amsterdam as a prized possession. However, investigations revealed it was not from the moon, but rather a piece of petrified wood, likely from Arizona.
