Man-made traditions? The last time I read the Bible, it said that Christ celebrated the Last Supper -- which is the origin of the Divine Liturgy. Our Divine Liturgy which Christ gave us is 99% from the Scriptures.
As you have truly said, Katherine, their 'worship' is deficient with all its praise bands and non-scriptural hymns.

That should do nicely.Because we all know that to make sure your point is made you have to use large letters and highlight imporant words with various colors. It serves to confuse and dazzle your opponent.
