  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

Sometimes people can only pray 5-15 minutes in the morning or night.
And can't the rest of the day because they can't do it the 'correct way'.
Always pray, talk to God while in the kitchen, living room, bathroom, work, free time, watching TV, playing video games.
He listens always and the bible says to pray without ceasing, God knows you are going to be busy with other things, God doesn't say to do the impossible.

I used to think that I had to approach God with complete holiness ( if that even possible) and undivided attention, thinking it would be disrespectful to come to Him halfheartedly or during my busy schedule. As a result, I only set aside specific times, either early in the morning or late at night, to spend time with the Lord. However, over the past five years, I've changed this perspective and now talk to the Lord whenever I want, just as the OP suggested. I'll speak to the Lord while brushing my teeth, waiting for a barista to make my coffee, or even standing in line at the grocery store.

These prayers are often very brief—sometimes even lasting 30 seconds or less. I've found myself praying more frequently throughout the day rather than just during my set times in the morning or late at night. I feel a stronger connection with him through these short, spontaneous prayers than I do with my late-night Bible study followed by lengthy prayers about everything imaginable
