  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Almost got hit by a bus

My mom was driving, quite early in the morning. She drove too close to a bus (a really tall one), and suddenly it reversed, and almost hit us. Thankfully my brother shouted out to my mom to warn her, and she quickly turned away. The bus was probally going to hit the side me and my brother where sitting on, but thankfully we did not get hit by the bus.

Yesterday, we almost hit into a pole, but God kept us safe, and alerted my parents of the danger. (My parents are good drivers, not like because they are bad drivers we come across these incidents).

We where trying to find a parking place for dinner last night, and I prayed to The Lord and a few seconds later, a car came right out, and thus giving us a parking place right in front of the restaurant. My grandmother did not need to walk such a far distance.
