Trillian combines AIM, MSN, ICQ, Yahoo... and other IMs so that you can just use one program as opposed to 5. I didn't like Trillian much.

I just downloaded it yesterday and I like it except for a few things. Mainly the away messages I don't like.

Before Triton there was a button on the bottom of the buddy list where you could input away messages. Now you have to go through the menu and input it that way. Basically it's extra work to put up an away message.

See, I'm one of those people that is always online but has an away message up most of the time. But I like to change it frequently to what I am doing and it's always different. The way the away messages are set up now is just a little annoying for me.

Another thing is font style and color for IMs. Before you could just go into preferences and change it that way and it would be the default style and color for all IMs. But now you have to change it in IMs.

It's just little things like that I'm not too fond of. But I do like the new looks and you can have up to 500 buddies and more profile space.

But then again it's still in beta mode so I'm sure there is more they still have to do on it.
