Mixed feelings. Rather teach them myself, understand lots of parents don't Think more emphasis should be put on self respect and abstinence and less on how to put condoms on cucumbers... (that's what my kids did in 6th grade)

A or D embarrassing your children is gobs of fun

I agree. I personally believe that these things should be taught at home, but it seems that with the rising costs of living and increased materialism, parents are forced out of their homes, not being able to sacrifice work hours for time with their kids. This puts responsibility in the hands of schools, which can be extremely dangerous considering the things that are happening (or not happening) today. Look at the required reading material. History books are being edited. God is being erased.

It's starting to look like I'm going to end up homeschooling my kids when it comes time to have them.

I agree that that is an honorable intention.

Agree or disagree that there is way more fuss (formal invitations, bachelor/ette parties, showers, dress fittings, hair dressing, cake tasting...etc. etc. etc. et nausium) to getting married then is really necessary?

Mixed feelings. Because one, it depends on personal decision and two, many families need two incomes to survive. If this question were posed in the 50's the answer would be agree.

Agree or disagree? Homeschooling is better than public schooling because there is more "one on one" classroom time as opposed to 12 to one in a schoolroom.

Agree - that is what most of our laws are based on anyway.

Disagree - Homeschooling is HARD and many people would find it difficult to keep up with it. (12 in a schoolroom? Try 22-32 in a room.)
